Services

Upper respiratory infection

Nasal congestion, nasal discharge, sneezing, sore throat, difficulty in swallowing, fever, cough, cervical lymphadenopathy

Ear/Eye ache

Ear infection, Earwax blockage, Pink eye, Dry Eyes, Swimmer’s Ear, Foreign object in the ear canal, Tinnitus, etc.

Sports physical

A sports physical is different from an annual physical because it focuses on reviewing your child’s current health status and medical history to ensure that your child is healthy enough to play his or her sports.

Influenza

Influenza vaccine, also known as flu shots, are vaccines that protect against infection by influenza viruses. Flu season begins in October and ends in March.

Skin conditions

Eczema, Contact Dermatitis, Ingrown Hair, Dry Skin, Abscess, Cyst, Sebaceous cyst, First degree burns, etc.

DOT Physicals

A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination for truck drivers, must be conducted by a licensed “medical examiner” listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Registry.

Allergies

Allergy rhinitis, Food allergy, Anaphylaxis, Drug allergy, Dust Mites allergy, mold allergy, etc.

Lacerations

Lacerations are extremely common and can be considered mild or severe. A variety of different methods of management is available. It is important when treatment is required, that it is taken care of immediately.

Musculoskeletal Injuries

Tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis, bone fractures, muscle/tendon strain, ligament sprain, etc

Abdominal Issues

Distension of the abdomen, persistent vomiting, fever, loss of appetite, changes in bowel and urination habits, blood in stool.

Urinary Tract Infection

Burning sensation during urination, frequent urination, pelvic pain, blood in urine, fever and/or chills, etc.

TB assessment

A purified protein derivative (PPD) skin test is a test that determines if you have tuberculosis (TB). TB is a serious infection, usually of the lungs. TB tests are done here and may be required for employment and/or school.

Yes, we are opened Monday-Friday 9am-8pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm for non-emergent issues.
You will need to complete a patient information form and health history. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out the paper (or fill them out in our patient portal and fill them out ahead of time). It is important to bring with you any copies of previous tests, lab results, and then names of any medications, over-the-counter medications, or natural supplements you are currently taking.
In general, an emergency condition is one that can permanently impair or endanger your life. Dial 911 for any medical problem that appears life-threatening.
The physicians are extremely busy during working hours. If you are going through an emergency, call 911. Otherwise, you may contact the nurses who will inform the doctors about your medical needs. Based on the type of emergency, the doctor will return your call on the same day or within 72 hours. If it is urgent that you speak with the doctor, we recommend that you schedule an appointment or come as a walk-in patient.
