Rachel was born in Los Angeles County, CA; and raised in San Diego, CA and Tijuana, B.C, Mx. Rachel is bilingual in English and Spanish. Rachel has been in the medical field for 11 years. Rachel has experience in case management and health education for 13 years. Rachel graduated from United Education Institute in 2003 and graduated from San Diego State University in 2013 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. Since 2003, Rachel has committed herself to providing each patient with the highest quality of care, compassion, and empathy. Rachel has a background in prenatal care, working with victims of human trafficking, mentally ill criminal offenders, and the underserved community. Rachel loves the beach, exploring new hiking trails, experiencing new food, loves to laugh, listen to music, and mainly loves making amazing memories with her 3 children.
