About Me
Michele Perry Bartolomea was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been a registered nurse for eight years. Michele has specialized in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Trauma. Michele strives to provide excellent patient care with an emphasis on individualized treatments. She always tries to incorporate patient and family preference in her care. She is an advocate for women’s health initiatives as well as preventive and holistic medicine. She strives to care for every patient as if they are her own family. She loves calling San Diego her home and is dedicated to caring for the people in her community. Michele loves going on long walks with her husband and her chi-weenie dog, traveling to new places, and watching romantic comedies.
